The units are fantastic, exceptionally comfortable. They offer an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The staff is really kind, as well as host.

The staff are respectful, giving their best to make the stay a really really nice experience. The location is particularly good and near a tube station. There's Del Frate with nice shots near the venue.

The unit was clean with a nice view from the balcony and included a hair dryer, making it easily accessible from a nearby underground station.

The location here is fantastic, ideal for those visiting for the first time, and conveniently situated around 30 km from the airport.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was very good. Location: the hotel was so close to Vatican and subway station and all transport. Apart from that, a late Renaissance church was 5 minutes away by driving.

During my recent stay at The Upper Suites, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and comfort of the brand-new rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Vatican and the metro. The host, Valerio, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, serving delicious breakfast with tasty coffee and providing useful information about the city. I also appreciated the efficient response to a minor issue with the hot water. I had a fantastic experience at The Upper Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, just a few steps away from Ottaviano metro station. It was so easy to get around Rome from there. The rooms were spacious and had lovely balconies on the upper floor, offering a great view. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
